The Designer allows you to create Color Sets just as it allows you to create Font Sets. If you are offering certain sets of colors on product, you can create a set and assign it to a block rather than assigning individual colors.
To view the current Color Sets in your admin, select Color Sets from the menu. Here you will see all of the Color Sets currently created.
