When you first start with Print Science, you should receive an e-mail with the details for logging into the control panel. After login, you can you view the information for your account by clicking the "Account" link.
Username | Username of your account. You will need this Username entered into your ecommerce solution. If you are a Printers Website customer, you will enter this Username in the Personalization API section under the Design Online dropdown within your admin dashboard. |

For an image in an image block, when the customer uses the "Zoom" tool, our server continuously calculates the effective DPI of the image in the block.
When the effective DPI falls below a certain threshold, then the Designer displays a warning to the user indicating that the DPI is too low to yield quality results on press.
You can choose the DPI threshold controlling the display of the warning.

By default, the Designer will place the final PDF files it creates onto servers owned by Print Science. For security reason, you may prefer to have these files placed into storage you control. The Designer offers configuration options that allow you to store the final PDF files in an AWS S3 bucket in your own account.
In the Account page, you will find the following settings:

The Designer contains an image upload widget that allows your customers to upload files from a wide list of local and cloud sources:
In order to enable the image upload sources that will be available to your customers, simply check the boxes for the source as shown below:
Your customers will see the set of available image upload methods at the left of the image upload widget:
When using Database lookups via Google Sheets , you will need to tell Google to grant the Designer server access to Google Sheets on your Google Doc accounts.
You can grant this access by visiting the Account page and then clicking the link with label "Link Google Account".
Clicking this link will bring up a Google Authorization page. You must enter your credentials for the Google account containing your Google Docs account.
