To download the artwork files for a bulk order, navigate to the Order detail page for the order. For each line item, you can click a link and download each of these images individually. Or, if you click on the button "Download ZIP", Fotovender will create a zip archive containing all of the images in the order and then download this ZIP archive to your desktop.
This ZIP archive is organized so that there is a top-level folder with the order number here. Underneath the top-level folder will be a different subfolder for each size of print the customer has ordered. Inside of each of these subfolders, is a copy of the each image that will be printed in that size. In the image below, you can see a top-level folder with the orderID = 2655 as well as sub-folders for the 2 different sizes of prints in this order:
