After a customer places an order in your site, you can visit the Order Detail page to download the artwork files for each item in order. The type of link displayed will be different depending upon the source of the artwork files.
For items for which the customer uploaded his own artwork files, you will see links that allow you to download the artwork files from your bucket on AWS S3 to your local computer:
For items for which the customer used the Designer to create an artwork file, you will see a link to download the PDF file created by the Designer server:
