Once an order is submitted, customers or administrators may need to upload new artwork files if the original artwork files had errors or need to be changed. Wp2print has a system in place so that when a new artwork file is uploaded, anyone in the print shop sees this new file as the artwork file to use when they view the order. This eliminates miscommunications about what artwork file to use.
After an artwork file is submitted and the order is placed, the administrator will be able to view a description of the order with the artwork file.
If the customer would like to submit a new artwork file to be used instead of the original one, they may send it to the administrator. The administrator can then use to the "Replace File" function on the order invoice to upload the new artwork file to the order:
Once this is done, any administrator who views the order will see the new file as the order's artwork file, and also will have access to the old file, completing the process.
