The dropdown fields that your customer sees in the pricing calculator are called attributes. Each new wp2print site contains a good number of attributes. You can edit these existing attributes and you can add any new attributes you would like.
Before you begin configuring a product, confirm that the attributes you want to display for the product exist. Then, For each product you configure, you will choose the set of attributes that the customer will see. The attribute selection process is divided onto two different pages: One page for selecting the Printing Attributes and the other page for selecting the Finishing Attributes.
Creating and editing a printing price matrix is simple. Click the "Printing attributes" tab at left then click the button "Add new printing price matrix" or "Edit" to edit an existing matrix:
At the top of the page for editing the Printing Price Matrix, you will see a list of all the printing attributes as all the available items within the attribute. In order to select an item so that it is displayed to the customer in the Pricing Calculator, simply check the box to the left of the item as shown in the example below:

For certain products, you may want to use a different attribute label than is used for the same attribute in the rest of the products in the site. In the Attribute Label tab of the product configuration page, you can set label overrides that will be used only for the specific product.
As as example, for the products you print on paper, you might want to use an attribute label like "Paper Type". However, for your signage products which are printed on plastic, you might want to display the attribute label "Material" instead.
In the Attribute Label tab of the product configuration page, you can see the list of all the attribute labels that will be displayed for the product. If you would like to display a different label for any attribute, simply enter the new label you would like to have displayed. In the example below, we are overriding the default label "Paper type" with the new text "Material":
In the customer's view of the product's price calculator, the new override attribute label is displayed:
All the various wp2print product types which are the book products, area products and fixed-size products, require that a product have a minimum of 2 printing options, 3 for the "fixed-size product".
In order to meet the requirements for using a minimum number of printing attributes, you might want to include certain attributes but then only enable a single item within the attribute dropdown list.
In certain cases, you may want to display a smaller set of attributes to the customer on the product page, for example to avoid confusing the customer with a selection with only 1 option.
In this video, we're going to take a look at how you're able to hide the display of certain attributes from the product page.
