After a customer completes the purchase of an EDDM campaign from you, you do not yet have all the data required to complete the print production and mailing. Although you can see the details of the required for the print job, you will not yet have the details of the mailing route selection made by the customer.
When you open the order detail page for the order, you will see the normal details about the print job. You will also see a button labelled "Purchase EDDM route list":
When you hit the button "Purchase EDDM route list", wp2print signals to AccuZIP to prepare the paperwork required by the USPS for the EDDM mailing. Once you hit the button "Purchase EDDM route list", it may take up to 2 minutes for AccuZIP to prepare the paperwork. Once the paperwork is ready, the button "Purchase EDDM route list" will be transformed into a button with text "Download maildat.zip" as shown below:
