If the order displayed in the order history page does not contain any personalizable product created via the Designer, then the customer will see a button labeled "Reorder". Using this button will simply place the item back into the shopping cart using the same set of attributes as the first time it was ordered and the artwork file(s) associated with the order will be the same as for the original order.
If the order displayed in the order history page does contain a personalizable product created via the Designer, then the customer will see 2 buttons labeled "Reorder with no changes" and "Reorder with design change". Using the button "Reorder with no changes" will place the item back into the shopping cart using the same set of attributes as the first time it was ordered and the artwork file associated with the order will be the same as for the original order. Using the button "Reorder with design change" will first take the customer back through the design-online process in the Designer. Once the Designer session is complete, the system will place the item into the shopping cart using the same set of attributes as the first time it was ordered.
