¶ Uploading a Submit Job
The File Upload page containing the Simple Submit form is a fast and simple way for customers to send you information about their print job. The Simple Submit form allows the user to enter in his own contact information, information about the job he wants printed as well as upload the artwork files.
It is important to understand that the Simple Submit form is not an order; the customer is never shown a price and the customer never makes any payment when using the Simple Submit form.
Once the Simple Submit form is completed, both you and the the customer receive an confirmation email. The email you receive contains all the data submitted by the customer including the files uploaded.

¶ Simple Submit Form

¶ Notification to customer after form submission
After the customer submits the Simple Submit form, he receives 2 notifications. First, in the website itself, the customer sees a small message confirming correct submission of the form. Second, the customer receives an email confirmation of correct form submission. The text of both of these messages can be configured .

¶ Notification to site administrator
After the customer completes the Simple Submit form, the administrator receives an email containing the following important information:
- Customer contact information
- Links to download artwork files uploaded by the customer
- Description of job
Below is an example of the email that the wp2print site administrator receives after a customer sends a new job specification via the Simple Submit form:

The Simple Submit form can be added to any WordPress page via the shortcode:
