To assign an employee to an order, navigate to the WooCommerce/Orders administrative page. Click on the order you would like to assign. You will be sent to the Edit Order page. Scroll down to Employee Assignment:
The Employee Assignment tab contains 3 settings.
Display Employee in Orders pages: Choose whether or not the Employee will be displayed on the orders assigned to him/her in the Orders pages.
Display responsible employee to customer: Choose whether or not the Employee will be displayed to the customer when he/she receives an order the Employee is assigned to.
Display contact info of responsible employee to customer: Choose whether or not the contact info of the Employee will be displayed to the customer when he/she receives an order the Employee is assigned to.
