In the Preflight tab of the wp2print >> Settings page, you can see the details of each Preflight profile configured:
You can click button Add New to add a new Preflight profile. Or you can click on an existing Preflight profile to edit it. The image below illustrates the various settings of an individual Preflight profile:
Here is are the items that can be configured for each preflight profile:

DPI lower limit warning | At this DPI the product will show a warning on its preflight analysis that it is around the lower limit of DPI |
DPI lower limit fail | At this DPI the product will fail the preflight analysis test |
ICC Profile code | Sets the ICC profile of this Preflight profile |
Language | The language code for the preflight results. Use two-letter abbreviations in this field |
Bleed size, in: | Bleed refers to an extra margin of image or background color that extends beyond the trim area of your printing piece. If the project is printed on an oversized sheet then it is cut down to size with the appearance that the image is “bleeding” off the edge of the paper. |
Size mismatch tolerance, in: | Bleed refers to an extra margin of image or background color that extends beyond the trim area of your printing piece. If the project is printed on an oversized sheet then it is cut down to size with the appearance that the image is “bleeding” off the edge of the paper. |
FAIL for size mismatch: | Mark the preflight result as FAIL if the mismatch between the size of trimbox in the PDF and the expected size exceeds the configured tolerance. The expected size is configured within the settings of the attribute Size. |
FAIL for trimbox: | Mark the preflight result as FAIL if the trimbox of each page is not different from the Bleed box and Media box. This occurs when bleeds are not correctly configured. |
Is default | Sets this profile as the default profile displayed in the Preflight tab. |
When you reject the artwork file a customer submits as part of an order, the customer will receive an email explaing that the artwork was rejected including the reasons for the rjection. You can configure the text of this email as shown below:
