In order to send a proof to a customer, first navigate to the WooCommerce>>Orders administrative page:
Then, click on the order which you want to send a proof of. You will be directed to the "Edit Order" page of that order:
Scroll down to the list of ordered items, and select the "Send proof":
You will have a chance to edit the message of the proof before you send it, as well as attach files
Once you have sent your proof, your customer will receive an email with this appearance:
You can edit the default subject and text of the e-mail that is sent to customers when you launch a proofing cycle. To edit the e-mail template, navigate to wp2print > Settings > Proofing:
Here is a list of items that can be configured:

Email subject | Insert the subject of the email sent to the customer after proof has been uploaded. You should let them know that a new proof cycle has been uploaded. You should let them know that a new proof cycle has been launched with "New proof available from ______ printing" for example. |
Email message | Insert the content of the email sent to the customer after proof has been uploaded, let them know they can review the proof via a link and either Approve or Reject it. Use the placeholders [ORDERS_AWAITING_APPROVAL_LINK] to place the link in the email. You can also use the following placeholders [ORDER_ID], [ORDER_ITEM_ID], [ORDERS_AWAITING_APPROVAL_LINK], [DOWNLOAD_PDF_BUTTON], [APPROVE_BUTTON], [REJECT_BUTTON], [BUTTON text="BUTTON TEXT" link="BUTTON LINK"] |
